Overview
This course has evolved out of
our work with in corporate treasurers on the one hand and
investment bankers on the other.
The demand has arisen because larger
corporates are increasingly undertaking more of their own
external corporate finance work as well as applying the principles
internally to the management of shareholder value.

Educational Note
The challenge of these courses
is to shift accounting / finance professionals away from an
accruals accounting mindset towards a market/economic model
for managing finance within large corporate groups.
