Revenue Summary

This screen is not strictly a document for fundamental analysis but it allows the user to check important detail about the make-up of total revenues. It is an intermediate step between the business stream input assumptions and the overall Income and Expenditure account.

The screen summaries and presents the various projected items for 15 business streams ie rent, service charges, charges for support services and grants, less voids and bad debts. The one exception is Home-buy, which is dealt with simply as a one-line entry direct to the Income and Expenditure Account.

The picture of the Revenue Summary screen is a truncated version of the full CAPACITY table which mainly repeats a standard format for all 16 business streams.
