comment on interpretation, followed by the formula.
All formulae references are to the row-numbered versions of the
Capacity financial statements included in the Input
Screens or the Financial Profile in the Analysis
Screens.
- Income and Expenditure Account (IE) 
- Balance Sheet (BS)
- Cash Flow Statement (CFS)
- Financial Profile (FP)
The formulae are correct in relation to the +/- sign conventions
used in the model, where all expenditures, cash outflows and balance sheet
SHG and accumulated depreciation are shown as negative. For example, in
Ratio 25, Interest Paid is therefore expressed as - IE 29 not IE 29.
